The New Police CD!

The Police new 2 CD Set called The Definitive Collection is set to be released on June 11.

I missed out on a chance to seem them live a few years back :(
Now it looks like I am going to get another chance as they are going out
on a World-Wide Tour!!!

The Police have always had their own sound and style, mixing it
up with some jazz, punk, and reggae, not to mention the voice of
Sting and the guitar workings of Andy Summers, and the steady beat
of Stewart Copeland on drums.

This 2 CD set will round out my Police CD collection nicely!
30 Years of The Police compiled into a 2 CD set....how cool is that?

Here are some Police milestones.
Synchronicity went Platinum 8 times and spent 17 weeks on the top of the charts.

The lead single 'Every Breath You Take' was #1 for eight weeks & reached Gold.

Sting won Song of the Year and The Police won Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal at the Grammy Awards of 1984 for Every Breath You Take.

Wrapped Around Your Finger and King Of Pain also charted Top 10 and Synchronicity II hit Top 20.

The Police have a slew of great songs on this CD...I can't wait to get it!

Radio Dogma

Radio Dogma is modern rock n' roll at it's best. Smooth vocals, guitars that go from heavy to acoustic, driving bass lines and straight ahead power drums. Radio Dogma has been compared to Nickleback.

Radio Dogma is a Sedona, Arizona based rock band out to conquer the world. They have been steadily gigging through out the SouthWest since their debut performance on June 12th, 2005. Radio Dogma's music comes from the never ending drama of the band members and the world around them.

Radio Dogma brings pure energy and focus to every performance, and the members have a knack for making peoples heads explode.

Bug the Movie Tailer & Soundtrack

The movie "Bug" a Lionsgate film starring Ashley Judd,
and Harry Connick Jr.

I can't wait to see this movie!
This looks like something that could really happen compared to most suspense/horror movies. A bug that gets into your blood stream and starts eating away at your brain! In the movie trailer (see below) it shows them trying to dig the bugs out of their bodies while they appear to be going insane from the creepy crawlies moving through their system. I am not a fan of bugs or spiders, or anything that could crawl on you. The motel they are shacked up in looks like a breeding ground for all kind of insects.

The scary part is that I have actually stayed in a dump like this once when I was traveling. I had been driving for 16 hours and was so exhausted that all I wanted to do was sleep that I just plopped on the bed with all my clothes on. When I woke up I went into the bathroom to take a shower and it was so gross I left and went up the road a few miles, paid for another room, got a shower and threw away the clothes I slept in.

I am really excited about the soundtrack for bug movie!
Songs from Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver, and
Serj Tankian from System of a Down, and the Chainsaw Kittens.
I have a strong feeling that I will wind up buying this soundtrack after seeing the movie.
